Horrible company. Horrible product and even more horrible service. No service actually. Sold me a bag nearly half is weeds. No response.

BEWARE!!! Outsidepride does not have reliable planting information on their site. We ordered perennial flowers that the website said are "direct sow" and "easy to grow." After receiving the seeds, and looking more closely at planting directions, we realized all of the seeds we ordered need cold stratification and are very hard to establish. Granted, we should have done our research before ordering, but Outsidepride should be honest. They did not respond to an email about our order. Bummer.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! Stay away! Outsidepride has NO pride and NO customer service. Beware if you buy from them you can not speak with a human for any concerns. And they completely messed up my order. I ordered bright orange zinnias and received blue phlox. Not even close. I want to rate them a zero, but that's not an option. If you want to return and item you have to have all the original packing, then email them for "a code", then WAIT. The growing season will be over! Buy from Lowe's and save yourself a lot of anger and frustration. This company sucks!

I ordered a bunch of seeds from them Bee Balm, Wildflowers, and clover. The Bee Balm was not the correct seeds and after close to 300 plants for the garden I am stuck with some unknown grass or something. Only one plant grew from the wildflowers and all directions were followed. I have been gardening for close to 40 years and two other brand wildflowers on either side are doing great. Customer service is non-existent two calls and two emails with no response. I have to now dispute the $40 charge through my credit card. Terrible company and not trustworthy seeds.

Ordered two different packs of seed at different times. Both times I had to pay $3.00 shipping on a product that was advertised free shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

They are selling poppy seeds and calling them peonies. To a novice, the double poppy looks very much like a peony, but you can tell by the leaves, the buds, and the Latin name, that the seeds are indeed poppies. False advertising.

Horrible. Ordered multiple times, every time got an entirely different, incorrect order.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!Never buy from this company. Quality of seeds poor, weeds everything but what I ordered and customer service is non-existent and does not respond at all when you want to return what you’ve bought. Requested return for seeds purchased in May 2020, sent email and mail requested as the website directs all throughout July & August 2020.
Crickets, no response to date (October 23, 2020)

BEWARE OF PURCHASING FROM COMPANY! I purchased VERY Expensive 25 lbs of Buffalo Grass seed. I aerated the entire area of clay dirt and added a bit of organic compost and starter fertilizer before seeding. 25lb was more than required for area and I had less than 3% out of 100% germination take place. In adjacent area of same soil I prepped soil in same manner and seeded wildflowers from packs purchased at Lowes. 100% germination of wildflowers! I wanted a low maintenance area with buffalo grass. The winter rye grass seeded before Spring planting of Buffalo grass was exceptional. Note: I went back and looked at Outsidepride company policy. Go figure......ZERO guarantee of seed germination. I know how to prep and seed grass, plants, seed pods, etc and have great success over the years. Goes to show that Buffalo seeds are total crap and Outsidepride got approx $300 from me for a product that they should not be marketing. I would never recommend their grass seed and recommend that others look elsewhere for quality seeds!

I placed a order for Aubrieta Seeds Cascade Red 2000 seeds x3 ground covers for 28.47 from outsidepride.com and never received my order from them. I emailed the company 3 times and they emailed me once saying that they sent them out and they didn't! I emailed this company for the tracking number and to resend my order that I never received to no revail. I just emailed them again today 7/10/2020 asking them for a refund since I
never received my order. We will see what happens. I will up date my review in regard.

I didn't read the reviews till after I ordered. First time I think that has happened. It had to be the one time I ordered from a bad place. I ordered several different packets because of covid-19 couldn't go to store to buy my usual spring flowers. When I got the seeds did all the proper things. It has been almost month and the only thing that has come up are the dwarf red morning glories. No creeping fig, dwarf ensign mix, rose dwarf, speedwell or sedum acre. Hours and hours on my hand and knees for what a few red glories. Elderly disabled and I was so sore. All my pots and beds empty.

I ordered perennial seeds and was sent annual seeds. When I tried to return them I kept getting the run around on how to return them and I never received an answer on how to return the seeds. This company has terrible customer service and a horrible return policy
